DESIGNATION: Team Leader – US Inbound Process

ABOUT CLIENT : One of the leading Inbound Customer Support Call Center BPO (Client name will be discussed during the telephonic conversation)

WORK LOCATION: Bangalore – Koramangala

QUALIFICATION: Any Graduation

REQUIREMENT FROM CLIENT:

  • Experience in Team Management.
  • Roster Management.
  • Process Training.
  • Quality Monitoring.
  • Calibrations and PIP.
  • Answering Escalations.
  • Client Communication.
  • New process transitioning.

EXPERIENCE: 3 to 7 years
