Selection Process

At Pragati HR Service, We follow the methodology to select candidates for our clients. Our selection process contains the steps to get the right candidates and the tailored method of selections is always focused on respecting the time and business growth of clients.

Research and Ananlysis

Research refers to the overall process of attracting and selecting suitable candidates for a client. Once we get the requirements from the client our team starts research about the need of the client and suitable candidates. Recruitment of subjects represents the beginning of the informed consent process and is one of the most challenging parts of research with human subjects.

Pre-Screening

In the process of pre-screening, candidate’s Experience, Knowledge, Job preferences, abilities, Salary expectations, family background etc.. will be questioned. Our expertise team go through the all details about the candidate to verify his ability and skills and check whether it matches with the client requirement. Based on pre-screening results the candidature will be referred to the client.

Evaluation

Based on the results of pre-screening our professionals evaluate the candidate’s previous job, current location, CTC and notice period. cross verifying the results with clients requirement will be done by the team of experts. We also conduct a telephonic interview of the candidates before scheduling an interview. Interview Scheduling

Once the preliminary steps of hiring a candidate are done, our team will filter the candidates based on pre-screening and evaluation. the shortlisted candidates will be scheduled for an interview with the client or HR Professionals in our team. the client will further evaluate the potentiality of the shortlisted candidates where our team assist the client and help them to find the right and suitable candidates.

Salary Negotiation

One of the sensitive stage in hiring the candidate. Cautious what you listen, say and commit. Budgeting, mapping with existing resources and company standards. Many factors should be considered finalising the numbers. Our team with years of experience help the client to get suitable candidates with affordable salary. We are committed for the growth of our client which involves helping them to spend less for more quality product.

TAT

At the last phase of the process, we assist our clients with other negotiations and discussions regarding joining date, the location of work, offer letter and on behalf of the client, we deliver the same to final selected candidates and help the client till candidate join the organisation. Believe and measured through KPI (key performance indicators) and recruitment metrics. We put people before numbers.
